Shipping
Watches usually ship within 3 days. Our web site will not accept orders for items that are not in stock. All items that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship. Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses and we do not ship to post office boxes.
Tracking numbers for your package(s) are available upon request. Contact sales@prometheuswatch.com. Some services such as Fedex, automatically email tracking information.

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our goal. In case you are not happy with your watch you can ship it back to us within three business days of receipt in order to entitle for a refund. The actual value of the shipping charge will not be refunded. For watches with free shipping 5 percent will be deducted from value of watch plus 35 EUR to cover for shipping costs we had.

You have got three days to examine watch. Watches are not liable for a refund in case they have been worn, if the packaging material has been removed, or if the strap/bracelet has been sized. A return may be accepted at the sole and exclusive discretion of Prometheus Watch Company, after inspection, with a minimum deduction of 30 percent of sales price (including shipping) for watches that have been worn, packaging material removed, or strap/bracelet sized. Watches sold with free shipping have a five percent (5%) deduction fee and 35 EUR to cover shipping costs we had.

Exclusions: Watches ordered via a pre-order can not be returned. Watches part of a promotional discount can NOT be returned.

All accessory sales are final.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. In order to obtain a return authorization a ticket has to be logged in our issues tracking system OsTicket.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, or if inadvertently accepted, will be held until funds are received for return shipping.

All products authorized for return must be in new, unused condition, and must be returned in the original packaging along with all associated accessories and packaging materials.If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, please contact our customer service department immediately at sales@Prometheuswatch.com . Please do not refuse acceptance of any shipment. Arrangements will be made to return the shipment after your acceptance of delivery and after you have contacted Prometheus Watch Company.

Issues during Warranty Period
If you have any problem with your watch during warranty period please log a ticket in our issues tracking system OsTicket. We will look at issues logged and provide a solution if covered by warranty.
