i love this dive watch. the customer service is the best i have seen yet. ordered the pirahna in black . got it shipped out in a day.was held up in new jersey customs which they took care of immediately .on a saturda!.got the watch on following monday.i ordered from another watch company.a military bronze one month prior and i had to send an e-mail before the weekend just to find out if and when it was going to ship.they responded 4 days later that it takes time with customs paperwork.i just wanted to show the other end of customer service.and the pirahna is beautiful .now i am going for the poseidon. thanks guys.
